For us Irina was the best part of this place. Super kind, nice and open person. We also liked the fact that the place is pet friendly as we were traveling with our dog. The location was good (we were by car, I don't know how is it without it). There's a beach nearby. Due to cancellation at some other hotel we had to make the reservation in the night while actually being in the city, literally last minute. Optional breakfast was good, oh and the AC in the rooms too.

The complex itself is very beautiful, full of landscaped gardens and swimming pools. The studio was enough for us, since we ate in the complex. Without food, it would probably be a problem, especially during a long stay. A nice view and a parking lot in the area are definitely a bonus.

Could have been worse. It is a well developed place with many stores but not really good for a beach holiday - the beaches are tiny and there's nowhere to park if you are a visitor. Lots of new developments and multistorey apartment buildings very close to each other, which gives the place a big city vibe. The place has no unique character and has lost its connection to nature.

Regarding the resort: Probably the most beautiful resort we have seen in Bulgaria. It's clean, the people are friendly, civilized, with plenty of restaurants, clubs, and at least decent shops. We recommend it from every point of view; we believe that Sveti Vlas is the loveliest Bulgarian resort we've been to.

Sveti Vlas used to be small, quaint village 3 decades ago. Now, it looks like the suburbs of a metropolitan area, build without any planning vision. There are too many building next to each other making you suffocate. Sveti Vlas is lacking the structure of a sea city with a nice walking area for the visitors. In addition, there are no regulation for parking and lack of good parking spaces. Cars are all over the places and create an ugly picture. Some buildings offer parking space yet at arrival the visitor is informed there isn't parking. Then, the adventure starts to find a place or or return back and leave or find another property. I would NOT recommend the place to anyone!

Sveti Vlas is not at all a destination for those looking for dating,clubing and so on but is just the perfect location for those willing to have a very relaxing and confortable family summer holiday.
Nice apartments - Clean, very good equipment, big, nice design and have one or two balcony, amazing location - frontline, direct access to beach. Equipment is new. Also big advantage is fast and reliable wifi in every room, because mobile data is not reliable and slow in Sveti Vlas. Kindly guys in reception. Inside and also outside is regularly maintained. Is possible to wash legs after come back from beach. Doors to apartments and beach are with access code and also possible to open by chip on keys, so very simple access. Im fully satisfied!

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was very close the beaches, the marina was also not far away. The sea view from the balcony was also excellent. We had two bathrooms in our hotel room, which exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also excellent.
If we come back to Sveti Vlas, we will definitely stay again at this hotel.
The hotel is incredible, everything brand new and luxurious, it was the main reason I choose this hotel as in Bulgaria it’s almost impossible to find this kind of rooms and hotel standards. Also it was very clean and tidy.
