What a wonderful resort. We have stayed for a night and did not want to go home. The staff is so extremely helpful and they go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. The breakfast and dinner buffet has a huge variety and eggs are made to order and brought to your table. The pool attendant always welcomes you with a big smile and has the sun loungers ready when he sees you coming towards the pool. The staff at reception and also guest services are of great service as well as the big hand for the concierge staff.

- but dark inside ,AC is pretty strong and cold.
+ All stuff on the territory is friendly and supportive.
+ Sea food grill restaurant has nice sea view and comfortable seats. Selection of food is not big . I don’t know why it’s called sea food, you can find there mix of all cuisines but not really sea food.
In the evening (7-10 pm) there is Live music , except of this there is no entertainment.

Snorkelling around Snoopy Island (once the thick algae cleared) was sensational. So many turtles and also a group of black tip reef sharks along with all the usual traffic (Parrot fish, Trigger fish, clown fish, puffer fish etc.). Would love to come here more often (and stay at Sandy Beach Hotel!).

This area does not have walking areas and is more suitable only for relaxing inside the hotel. But a remarkable and distinctive feature of this area is its long promenade of several kilometers, which is suitable for long walks along the sea along the sand. You will see unique and impeccable sunrises.

Al Aqah is a small town, and worth traveling by road from the big cities. The drive through the desert and then through the mountains (literally at some spots - through the new tunnels) is enjoyable and not tiring at all. The city itself is small, however with all basic emergency services for visitors to feel secure.
Hearing crows in the morning was a wonderful surprise. Haven't met a lot of crows in uae.

Excellent hotel with great facilities, green area, nice activities and super cool entertainment program in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants are cool but could be less expensive and with a better choice of food dishes.

Need to improve on quality of alcoholic drinks.. whiskey, vodka and beer were of very low quality.
Buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. Should have added some more vegetarian dishes.
In bathroom, shaving kit and toothpaste was of very very very low quality.

Nice place during Jan-Feb-Mar. nearby hiking areas and long clean beach. Take a food box ( toast/ fruit/ vegetable/ cheese/ .. ) and cooking staff. Restaurants are busy and groceries in the area are not fully equipped and not recommended.

This is the third time we are coming to Royal M Al Aqah and the service is still outstanding. We got upgraded for our birthday celebration, we rarely get to wait for check in, the rest is still perfect. Super clean, polite very accommodating staff.
Extra thank you for Latifa and Yahya for their effort and extra miles. Would like also to mention animation team and their leader Momo, they are doing great job and definitely bringing life to this hotel. Great activities, music, evening shows. Will definitely go back again!
Excellent location for snorkelling around the Snoopy island. It's the only hotel in Fujerah where you can do snorkelling by just swimming from the shore, without hiring a boat. Hotel had good breakfast, DJ by the pool and another one at dinner. Spacious rooms. Very green and well looked after, perhaps a bit tired and old compared to some others nearlby but the location is so worth it!
The room was amazing. I booked Seperior room with sea view and it was upgraded to Suite room, which was huge and looked cool, modern with new furniture, as well the bathroom looked amazing. Very spacious rooms, recreation area is one of the best on the coast. Very rich and varied breakfast. Hotel staff is helpful and attentive. I liked that even though the hotel is large I hardly met any tourists either in the pool or on the beach.
Everything was spot on! From the valet service, reception staff, breakfast team and food choice selection, room size and cleanness, pool staff, spa treatments, everything was perfect! Best hotel in the best location to relax in the UAE!
