The staff is very kind, professional and they are always there to guide you and help you. The location is nice, just a few meters away you'll find a bus stop to go to the city and all the other places. The room gets completely dark at night and the bed is very comfortable, excellent for a good sleeping night. The view from the room was breathtaking.

Excellent location. It was a little tricky getting there at night. But after going thru the 3km tunnel and back, we found it on the second try. It’s a very narrow road next to the tunnel road. Also it has parking, narrow spots but we made it.

The staff were amazing, very attentive and helpful. Carlos in particular was lovely with my two year old and went out of his way to make her smile - even encouraged her to eat way more than she normally does! The hotel is small and was quiet when I stayed. The room I had was small but perfect for my needs, it was spotless as were all communal areas. The food was very good too.
We stayed for two nights at the end of June. The Hotel is located in the most attractive area of Andorra, surrounds by forest. The staff were very keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant was pleasant and the food prepared in the hotel is excellent. All prices were reasonable. Our stay at this hotel was the highlight of the visit.

The staff deserves so much more than a 10. They could not have been more helpful or concerned in trying to help us solve a problem with our car. This is the place to stay if you re visiting Andorra.
the hotel is clean inside and outside. breakfast are superb with wide choices.location are some minutes walk from big groceries and shopping area and has a beautiful and not crowded view.
