The hotel was perfect for our needs. We just wanted a 2 night stay to go hiking, which was easy direct from the hotel. I booked the hotel because of its parking but knew in my head there would be no spaces available by the time we got there having read many reviews. It wasn't a problem we were directed by the very friendly staff to another car park around the corner, secure and underground, it was expensive (27.50 Euros/24 hours) but you have to factor in parking costs when staying in Andorra. The room was large with an extremely comfortable large bed. There was a fridge with 2 small complimentary bottles of water. We were on the top floor and although we faced the town, even with the window open at night it was quiet. The bathroom was clean and not a bad size, it was old fashioned but functional. Breakfast was ok, with a reasonable choice of hot and cold buffet but nothing to really praise. One thing that was really good, I chose the hotel on the account of a picture of a long parking bay at the entrance which allowed a 15 minute stay to check-in and get all the luggage out before going off to find parking, That was a bonus as the streets are quite narrow and lots of one way systems making traffic tight. It was a 2 minute walk away from the main pedestrian shopping area (and our car park) with restaurants for the evening.

Wonderful and comfortable hotel with a great coffee shop right in the centre. Yet, it was quiet at night, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the special touch with sustainable and plastic-free bottles of shower gel and shampoo. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Parking was around the corner on public parking, but apparently, they also have their own with limited spaces, so reserving a spot in advance is recommended.

We were simply stopping for the night on our journey from Costa Brava to San Sebastian, so we didn't have any expectations. WOW! We must return and explore this area, plus more of Andorra. Gorgeous setting and interesting architecture and city layout.
The owners are lovely people who made us very welcome.
The Hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The room has everything you could possibly need and the bed is very comfortable.
The windows are so clean, the view is in the room with you.
The bathroom has a bath, separate shower and separate toilet with thoughtful products. The restaurant offers very good food that is grilled over an open fire. The whole place is beautiful. I highly recommend this Hotel and Restaurant.

I took dinner and breakfast on the hotel balcony - view, food and service all impossible to criticise.
The hostess was absolutely amazing, kind, funny, and helped us with every need. The rooms are way better then what you usually find at a 4 star hotel. The dinner was the best we had on our vacation, and the breakfast was so diverse and plentiful and we couldn't even finish it.

Stunning location. If you're visiting the Pyranees then you should stay in a memorable mountain site like this. Rosa and Josef the friendly, welcoming (and hard working) couple who run this hotel made this a location we will long remember - nor will we forget the breakfasts.
Amazing hotel in beautiful tranquil location. Hosts fantastic, as were the room (spacious and clean with fabulous views), wonderful plentiful meals. Our stay here was the best ending to our holiday on our journey back to the UK. We'll be back.
