The hotel was perfect for our needs. We just wanted a 2 night stay to go hiking, which was easy direct from the hotel. I booked the hotel because of its parking but knew in my head there would be no spaces available by the time we got there having read many reviews. It wasn't a problem we were directed by the very friendly staff to another car park around the corner, secure and underground, it was expensive (27.50 Euros/24 hours) but you have to factor in parking costs when staying in Andorra. The room was large with an extremely comfortable large bed. There was a fridge with 2 small complimentary bottles of water. We were on the top floor and although we faced the town, even with the window open at night it was quiet. The bathroom was clean and not a bad size, it was old fashioned but functional. Breakfast was ok, with a reasonable choice of hot and cold buffet but nothing to really praise. One thing that was really good, I chose the hotel on the account of a picture of a long parking bay at the entrance which allowed a 15 minute stay to check-in and get all the luggage out before going off to find parking, That was a bonus as the streets are quite narrow and lots of one way systems making traffic tight. It was a 2 minute walk away from the main pedestrian shopping area (and our car park) with restaurants for the evening.
Set in the shopping area of Andorra, just 200m from Caldea, the Panorama boasts exceptional views over Principat, and a fantastic fitness club and swimming pool.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A hiking trail started directly in front of the hotel. Beautiful view from the roof top (although not entirely accessibile at this time).

Wonderful and comfortable hotel with a great coffee shop right in the centre. Yet, it was quiet at night, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the special touch with sustainable and plastic-free bottles of shower gel and shampoo. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Parking was around the corner on public parking, but apparently, they also have their own with limited spaces, so reserving a spot in advance is recommended.

Free parking is available and even if the hotel parking is full (which isn't that seldom) you can park outside in the blue zone for free. Location is convenient but you need a car. Staff is very friendly and speaks some English/French apart from the local language. Room is clean and nice, bathroom is a little bit outdated but nonetheless clean and functional. Only thing to remark is the rather small size of the double bed - it is more like an extended single bed which is less suitable for two people
I travelled to Andorra in a car from Spain, so the location was very good for me - in Aixovall close to Spanish border. The hotel has its own free parking that closes at night where I could leave a car, it was also important. The hotel proposes breakfast, we did not use it but it's nice to have. And after the breakfast they still can serve a coffee.
There are some restaurants and bars nearby as well and it's close to San Julia de Loria town
We have stayed at this little hotel for the last 3-4 years because the people are very friendly & helpful. It is a short drive to a good choice of restaurants. Good secure private parking. Rooms are reasonable size & clean. Good sized showers. In winter rooms are well heated & in summer, large fan ensures room is cool.
Check-in was smooth. Host messaged back in a timely, informative manner. Great with my 2 15-kg dogs. There's a trail up the mountail directly behind the hotel. We took our dogs for a long 2 hour mostly off-lead hike. Very convenient. Beds very comfortable. Good coffee. Parking next to building.
The hotel manager was very sweet and helpful and helped us store our bag (we were going on a one week hike) and helped us organising a taxi. Location is right next to the river and mountain. The hotel is a bit older, so if you like travelling back in time you will feel at home.
It is not the most comfortable hotel, but it cheaper then the other hotels, the staff is nice and it offers free parking. Great hotel if you come by car, don't want to spend too much and don't mind driving around to get somewhere (which you need to do in Andorra anyway).
Nice and secure parking, the room was comfortable and well equipped, a couple of options for the dinner are reachable in a few minutes by foot, in the morning the Hotel Bar is open for breakfast.
Basic hotel that did everything very well. Clean, comfortable room with excellent bathroom and shower. Kind and helpful staff. A wonderful value dinner at €12-14 for three courses and coffee.
Good location, free parking next to hotel, good wifi, comfortable bed and hot water. We also had mini fridge in the room. Would definetely go there again.
