The lush surroundings make you feel as if you are way out in the countryside but in reality it's just a few miles from the city. David has created a tropical paradise, along with his team they went above and beyond all our expectations. The team are friendly, warm and welcoming. We would love to go back. If you are looking for somewhere to stay for a rejuvenating break, or just an airport stop over - I urge you to book and enjoy this beautiful Eden.

The OR Tambo International Airport is just a short hour’s drive away. 2 days of relaxation and tranquility is a must if you have a busy life. The experience is just breaking. You will not regret spending your time and money. The staff in this place is just a plus, they make the experience, they add their personal touch. They go above and beyond to make your stay memorable and this is hard to find. The bathtub overlooking the reserve is just a plus for me.

Named after rock formations in the area, OuKlip Game Lodge is situated in the malaria free Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve, 30 minutes' drive from Hammanskraal The privately owned eco-lodge offers... What a fantastic place to enjoy some getaway time in the bush and experience the wildlife on your front step. The tents are very luxurious and your own braai place is fantastic. There is some small game roaming around on the plot and for the big game the owner drives you around himself. We even saw a black rhino, very special.

I loved the peaceful relaxing atmosphere and waking up in the morning and literally seeing wild animals from my window! It was so relaxing! Johan is the most friendly and interactive host! My mother and I booked onto one of his game drives at the lodge staring at 5AM and I cannot recommend it highly enough! It was the most incredible experience we have ever had ! Honestly its the best value for money and the next time I am back in south Africa I will go straight back there!
