Ranakeliya Lodge - Yala er staðsett 6,6 km frá Tissa Wewa og býður upp á gistirými með garði, verönd og herbergisþjónustu til aukinna þæginda. The little house was great! Very spacious and with beautiful bathroom. Feld very private! We also ordered dinner barbeque – great experience that we suggest. The host was very helpful – organising our safari and also helping to get to public bus t continue our trip to Weligama.

Star Light Cabanas & Restaurant er staðsett 400 metra frá Tangalle-ströndinni og býður upp á gistingu með svölum og garði. Wonderful place to stay. Very hospitable family. Rooms are basic but very clean. Food is delicious and they cater for all. You do need to have a scooter or something as it’s far from the nearest shops. But they will take you, for a small fee, which is very helpful. Great place to see turtles laying eggs and hatchlings being released.

Koragaha Lodge - Yala býður upp á veitingastað og sólarhringsmóttöku gestum til hægðarauka. Gistirýmin eru með loftkælingu, skrifborð og setusvæði. Sérbaðherbergið er með sturtu og ókeypis... It’s really an amazing place! We really enjoyed! Everything is perfect and super beautiful! We did the safari with the Hotel and it’s good too, it’s not more expensive compared to companies outside.

Yala Village Eco Tree House er staðsett í Tissamaharama, 10 km frá Tissa Wewa, og býður upp á garðútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. We had an amazing stay with the heartwarming family that is taking care of the eco village. We were welcomed very lovely by the host and her daughter. She served delicious Sri Lankan food and was always checking whether everything was fine. The property is really beautiful and gives the feeling of an authentic jungle stay. The huts are small but cosy and mosquito nets are already provided. Sadly we booked our safari tour beforehand but the hosts of the eco village also offer safari jeep tours so we would highly recommend to book it with them. The brother of the host was also very friendly and took care that we get to the bus station on time to catch our bus to Hiriketyia. In total we would really recommend to stay at this place and get the chance to live with locals.

Khomba Lodge er staðsett í Tangalle, nálægt Tangalle-ströndinni og 1 km frá Paravi Wella-ströndinni, en það býður upp á svalir með sjávarútsýni, útisundlaug og garð. It is a huge beautiful building directly at the beach (a quite nice one) with 3 apartments. Our apartment was quite big with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, a large living room and 2 big balconies. Everything is well equipped and you can easily spend several weeks here. It has a big pool, more than enough sunbeds and the beach is just out of the backside gate. There is 24h security on the property and free drinking water. The whole staff is exceptional (especially Rehan)! Everything is clean and well maintained. The location is also perfect as you have tons of nice restaurants at walking distance.

Elephant Arcade í Tissamaharama býður upp á fjallaútsýni, gistirými, útisundlaug, garð, verönd og veitingastað. Very nice comfortable house rooms, pleasant view, beutifull birds around singing. Peacefull place with very kind and helpfull people take care of you. Lots of animals around, monkeys jumping on the trees ( but not disturbing) peacocks running, squirrels etc The food is very good - u have to try breakfast and dinner. Hightly recommend

Villa Rukaththana UNAKURUWA er staðsett í Tangalle og býður upp á garðútsýni, garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd, veitingastað og grillaðstöðu. I thought about 2 night there but I stayed 5 😅 I really like the villa, the option of making my own breakfast in the morning was awesome 🥰 Every day the common area was cleaned. Mosquito net is available but only by request. The most beautiful beach - silent beach was only 2 min from the villa! I really enjoyed spending the time there. The staff was really helpful and nice. Near the villa are a lot of family’s small restaurants serving local food. Also for people like me who traveling a lot - the option of making laundry was salutary 😌

Rock Violet Lakefront Cabanas & Restaurent er staðsett 700 metra frá Tangalle-ströndinni og býður upp á garð, verönd og loftkæld gistirými með svölum og ókeypis WiFi. Owne is very friendly and warmly welcome us.

Taragala Chalets er staðsett í Kalametiya í Hambantota-hverfinu og Gurupokuna-strönd er í innan við 1,5 km fjarlægð. Taragala is such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay overlooking the bird reserve. So many wonderful birds in the garden - I could spend all day watching them from the veranda or many tranquil spots round the garden. Saman was a very attentive and kind host. Food was delicious. Didn't want to leave such a special place.

Relax Beach House er staðsett í Tangalle og býður upp á garðútsýni, veitingastað, herbergisþjónustu, bar, garð og verönd. Ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði eru í boði. This place is a gem in the middle of paradise. Sanna and his family made our whole trip a lot better then we could have expected. Sanna is a great host and a professional who can handle every issue and situation. He also arranged our trip in this area, which was perfect. And the restaurant… His wife is cooking one of the best meals that we’ve ever had! And also for a reasonable price. Location is amazing, in very peaceful village with almost no tourists, beautiful beaches, welcoming locals and cute dogs. Rooms were very clean and comfy, with working AC, fast internet and spacious bathroom. They really did their best to make us feel like home. We definitely want to come back again soon and for longer! :)
