The host, Nino, was very attentive and caring from the moment we booked. She waited for us to come, showed us around and came to see us off. We arrived to see Sataplia Nature Reserve and this lodge is situated perfectly for that. We stayed one night only, but enjoyed it immensely. Quiet forest, autumn weather. Clean house! Cosy outside area - tables, armchairs and hammocks. You can also do barbecue there - only have to buy the coal, lighter fluid and find something that would serve as a hand fan. Other kitchen supplies are available. Love the huge mugs!

Location was incredible! Right in the heart of Kutaisi yet somehow felt secluded and in nature. Spacious and comfortable place good for families with peaceful sounds from the river. Very accommodating and kind host.

Proximity to the airport and train station, free shuttle service, clean and comfortable room, kind management, internet and tv in the room! This hotel made out early morning flight very doable and stress free. Thank you Giorgi for the amazing service
David have been very generous with me, as soon as I arrived he proposed me coffee, he gave me everything to cook myself a nice salad as well and even called the airport to know about the schedule of the shuttle for the airport! BUBU is the cutest dog in town, he’ll bark at you for five minutes and then become your best friend 🧡
Close to the airport (15-20min by car), clean, comfortable bed, had air conditioner. The hotel helped organise a shuttle to the airport at night (30gel - for comparison, Bolt during the day cost me 25gel).
The breakfast was excellent. The room was lovely and bed very comfortable. We used the hotel shuttle and the fee was very reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.
Close to the airport. Free shuttle service from the airport even if the flight was more than 3 hours delayed. Very kind staff. Staff speaks English and is strong in communication. Nice, quite room,
The location is superb, in the middle of the forest/mountain, with thermal waters right in front of the building. The room was spacious, with a large balcony, nice bathroom. We also enjoyed the meals that were included with the room, and the short distance to the spa was nice (they provide free shuttle services every hours)
Couldn’t imagine a better booking stay in Kutaisi! It was beyond our expectations - Nino and her family is extremely welcoming and makes you feel as at home. The view from the balcony is amazing and the property is so near the centre. We hadn’t have much time in Kutaisi, so it was incredibly convenient to get a shuttle from and to the airport, be offered delicious local snacks (and wine of course;) and a tour with a lot of stories about Kutaisi’s sightseeing. Definitely will come back!💙
The location is great. Accommidion is simple but with a rimantic feel as if in a mountain cabin. The member of staff was super friendly and hdlpful .. The only thinh I would say it needs is clearer directions and better lighting in the path at night as it was quite diffucult to find, partly because Google Maps don't quite work here for some strange reason. A sign pointing to the hotek on the main road would be hekpful to spoilt westerners like me who are used to being spoonfed. :)
The hotel is located a bit away from the main road, so its better not to walk there. Hiring a Bolt would be the best option as we made the mistake of walking up the hill. The rooms are wooden cabin type, clean with all the amenities. The restaurant has music at night and the surrounding park is worth a visit.
