    We were met by Lilou of Keyweek who kindly left pasta and sauce and carried out a walk round of the apartment . It was a great personal touch . The apartment is excellently situated being close to the Miramar beach with a well appointed roof terrace which we used a lot . Both bedrooms are comfortable with pleanty of storage . In the master bedroom the shutters open onto the view of the Miramar beach . Divine. Would definatley book again :) .

    Location was excellent - walking distance to various areas of the beach, and also to some very good restaurants, and also a great market. The room was suitable and comfortable, with air con and plenty of hot water and, with the shutters closed, was very quiet.

    A grand hotel updated to a comfortable, contemporary style located in the heart of Biarritz. Parking was on site - truly fabulous in a busy town. Wonderful breakfast. The best double glazing ever: shut the windows and you heard nothing from the lively town centre outside.

    Breakfast was great and the dining room was a good size: we stayed while it was particularly hot and because there was no air conditioning, we had a fan in the room and we had the shutters closed but the window open. It wasn’t ideal as there was quite a lot of outside noise….but we coped! The real plus side of the hotel was a) the staff who were delightful and very patient with my French and b) the location - we could go to the market in the morning, nip home with our purchases get changed and be at the beach in 10 minutes. Wonderful!

    A very large comfortable quirky unit under the house which reflected the local sun and surf vibe. Room to move around and relax. Pool, spa and sauna were available for use. The TV was a great size. The hostess was very accommodating, and provided a delicious continental breakfast. The local gluten free bread was delicious. It was an easy walk to town and a shuttle service was also available - except when we needed to arrive at an evening restaurant on time! There was excellent parking in the grounds..
