Good life lodge is a beautiful property and a wonderful place to stay. large spacious rooms overlook the tropical garden and the friendly and hospitable owners made us very welcome. A lot of thought has gone in to this fabulous little lodge, and the attention to detail is extraordinary. we cannot rate it highly enough.

I liked that we could open the glass doors and sleep with the doors open at night. Loved the view of the trees that gave privacy. Lovely setting.

The cafe is a great addition to this property. It is quiet and surrounded by iguanas, birds, monkeys and a river. The use of the wash machine was extremely helpful.

The 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms was spacious and bright. The pool area was beautiful and serene. The daily yoga class was wonderful and perfect for all levels of yoga expertise. The property is a short walk to the beach and all the lovely restaurants along the beach.

We loved this lodge. The moment we arrived to Samara, Denis reached out and explained how to get there. Waze works best in Costa Rica. Also if you rent the car, make sure to rent a higher one because some roads are pretty bumpy and you would need to push it. But it’s normal there. Once we arrived, they met us by the entry with warm hello, showed us our place, greeted and let us be. Breakfast was delicious and very thoughtful, based on our needs. Denis was so helpful. He answered all our questions, always within minutes replies to my messages. He also recommended bunch of places. Our lodge was clean and replenished daily. The view is great, private. Overall amazing stay! Highly recommend. Lovely owners! Thank you guys!!!!!!

amazing location in Sámara ! We stayed in the two bedroom house by the pool… Well furnished, fully stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely return soon!
