The owner Hassan and his helper were very kind and helpful. Ali the guide gave us an excellent tour and showed us some interesting things not on the tourist trails. They arranged camel rides at sunrise. Breakfast was quite good (included) as was the dinner (10 dinar per person). We were there at the coldest time of year and Hassan made an effort to keep us warm.

When I met the owner he said we were like family. And that was true. He’s extremely kind and helpful. He suggested that, as a solo traveler, I join some group in tours. There also was free high-speed wi fi. They served nice breakfast and dinner, and at any moment during the day we could take some cool water and tea/coffee. At night they kindled a fire and we admired the stars.

If you are looking for a place that shows a more genuine experience of Wadi Rum, rather than the more touristy camps, then this is definitely a great option.

Around 10 pm or so, they shut off the lights from the main pavilion except for small LED lights that light up the paths to the rooms like an airplane runway. Rooms and amenities were excellent and the same can be said about the food and the variety of food available.
