We were not sure what to expect, but, the experience was much better than our highest guess. First the tent was spacious, very clean, and just very cool.
The staff was awesome. We had interactions with Ihtesham (transportation), Rashid (site manager), Amr (tour guide), Marvan (room service) and few others I can't remember the names of. They were all great. Responsive, polite, fun, and all around wonderful. I have to also mention the gentleman in charge if tea nd coffe made over charcoal, who was from Yemen. He was also very friendly eventhough he worked from 4 AM to midnight straight.
We are very happy with this experience and if you are visiting Dubai you should give this camp a try. It's just a different experience comparing to typical Dubai experience. They offer one day tours too and they are great by I highly recommend staying one night to experience the night at the desert.
Also the food was great, activities were fun and everything organized and clean. Did I mention the great staff!?

Situated in Dubai, 35 km from Dubai Expo 2020 and 38 km from Mall of the Emirates, Al Marmoom Oasis “Luxury Camping & Bedouin Experience” offers a garden and air conditioning. The property has mountain and lake views, and is 33 km from Dubai Autodrome. The luxury tent features family rooms. We had a marvelous experience. The tent was spacious and very clean, filled with toiletries and also a canopy over the beds, we didn't have any mosquito issues, but still it was nice to be offered that extra protection. The location has a little pond in the middle with various birds. the kids adored that. around it are several tents that are for spending the night ore different ceremonies and events. We had a really nice dinning experience paired with a talent full show. I also got a really pretty Henna tattoo that lasted for a week. We had a contact person: Ishtq was his name he went beyond expectations to make sure our stay was flawless.

We had a great stay, the location is wonderful for disconnecting from Dubai without being too far away. the hotel has magnificent facilities, especially the swimming pool, an Oasis in the middle of the desert. We've stayed at several hotels in the desert but have never seen a place like this. Would definitely do it again on my next trip to Dubai.

We highly appreciated the remarkable services of the followings:our friend Mournee, always prompt to serve us, hellen ,her welcomed smile during our breakfast time, lay lay the way she cleaned our room. We could distinguished her touch from others. Finally, Mrs Massoud with the safari desert without forgetting the driver he gave us that special day. These people will make us come back to hue boutique hotel.
Everything was as expected/advertised : clean and spacious apartment, good location, easy access to interes points, nice view from the 16th floor and a very professional staff. I am ashamed that I cannot remember all the name, but many thanks to Manik, Amish and Bilal. Also worth to mention Inga, who arranged for us an amazing safari desert. Thank you Royal Regency team !
Very spacious room with modern bathroom, walk in shower, smart TV and large cupboard space. We were on the 5th floor which had a massage centre and swimming pool. The breakfast was nice, great coffee and you can order eggs how you like them. you can book activities such as theme parks and desert safaris in the lobby. Location was good, about 10 mins taxi to Dubai mall which costs £5-£8 depending on traffic and around 15-20 mins from the airport. Overall our stay was enjoyable and we felt it was good value for money.
Room excellent with a very comfortable bed. Although we visited Dubai during COP28 there weren't that many guests so we have plenty of access to sun beds at the superb rooftop pool and at the beach. Sunset on the rooftop bar, with cocktails, was a regular and enjoyable option for us.
Hotel in good location, only a short walk to metro stations, mall and supermarkets. Hotel appartment with washing machine, kitchen etc is very convenient. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very attentive and were happy to answer all of our questions. They are also able to book many activities for you (although these are cash only) - we booked the desert safari, which we were very happy with.
Great and comfortable apartment style rooms. Very helpful and kind staff. I had a bit of a hiccup with finding a car for my safari desert rides and receptionist Omar helped me to sort it out. Also, great service with breakfast, definitely worth getting it included into the price

Spacious rooms, close to public transport including metro. Good lobby. Reasonably good breakfast menu though we did not check out the menu on other days for variety. Travel desk (outsourced) available in the lobby for day tours or packages. We did the desert safari through them. They also provide airport drop(paid service). Reasonably priced rooms, including the extra bed we asked for.
Breakfast was nice and has all food I wanted, metro station was 5 min walk from hotel. Staff were extremely welcoming, helping with luggage and answering queries. Indian restaurant within hotel had great food and prices were reasonable. There was a travel desk and they can arrange tours for you, we went for desert safari and dhow cruise.
