Everything was really nice :) The room is the perfect size for a couple. It has a beautiful view over the Trafalgar area, with a sunset bonus! If you'd like to explore the city via metro, the apartments are in a really nice spot. The bed was super comfortable as well, same as with the AC, which worked perfectly, especially during the hotter days. As for the amenities, it has everything you'd need.

We thought the staff were really lovely and friendly and gave us advice about a good view for sunset. They were very helpful allowing us to store our bags until we needed to leave for the airport. We also had a room upgrade whivh was much appreciated. The room was modern, clean and in a very good location. The coffee bar downstairs was very good too and had a very cute seating area where we could enjoy a quick breakfast from the coffee shop. Really recommend staying here.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was comfortable enough for our stay. We liked the style of the apartment and that there was plenty of storage space for clothes. If you're a heavy sleeper and hot showers aren't too much of an issue for you then this is an ideal place to stay.

Wow! What a fantastic stay! The apartment was modern, spacious and clean. Check in was easy, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was great, quick walk to Temple Debod for beautiful sunsets. Perfect for a family of 4. Zero complaints!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was tidy, spacious, and cozy. The bed was comfy and the linen felt luxurious. The bathroom was also nice, with a pleasant shower experience. The selection at breakfast was plentiful and I greatly appreciate there were options for people with food intolerances. The swimming pool also happens to have great views of the city, especially at sunset. The hotel is in a perfect location for those wishing to explore the city and it is just far enough from the busy tourist-trap locations.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic central location. Walking distance to many key highlights and a metro station just outside the hotel. I loved the way the hotel was designed and decorated and the sky bar on the 14th floor was amazing. A great place to watch the sunset , would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Madrid.

Location, comfort and overall look of the room, and that after several conversations and complaints, the manager in turn (who showed some professionalism) offered to refund some of the cost of the stay for the inconvenience of not having a hot shower 2 out of the 3 nights.
