Located in the heart of Waikiki, 2 minutes' walk to Waikiki Beach, Halepuna Waikiki is a luxury boutique hotel surrounded by shopping and dining. The property was designed by internationally acclaimed interior design firm, Champalimaud and features works of several Hawaiian artists in partnership with The Honolulu Museum of Art public art program. This was honestly, one of the only times where I've stayed at a hotel and the room looked EXACTLY as it's shown in the photos-- Every other time you can tell the photos have been strategically taken, but not here! The location is great, the room was exceptional; the view was stunning, it's wonderfully quiet, the pool is beautiful and all the staff were incredibly helpful.
Kailua-Kona

Michelle went above and beyond to take care of me and ensure that my stay was perfect. They really care about their guests. Treated better then at some 5 star resorts. I will be back.

I downloaded Google Maps of Hawaii so managed without phone or data when driving. Irene is a friendly, helpful host. I really enjoyed her eggs for breakfast!

We were upgraded to a master ocean view suite, which was spectacular. The view and sounds of the ocean were the backdrop to our deeply relaxing and inspiring stay. The location is easily the most beautiful on the island. The swimming beach was fantastic and my husband was pleased to be able to snorkel right on the property every day. The breakfast and different options for food were plentiful, healthy and delicious. And the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, special and comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary yoga and sound bath sessions and I enjoyed a world class facial with the excellent Cindy at the spa. We loved the whole experience and will be back!

Excellent location, very clean, very well stocked, very nicely decorated, grounds were beautifully maintained, bbq's were always spotless, pool area very nice. Absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend.
I liked the location and the hospitality of the host, Toni. The kitchen is very well equipped, so I could cook my meals like I do at home. Very good taste of furniture and other interior. Comfortable living room area facing the pool. BBQ grill is very clean and easy to use. I liked the policy of the host to keep the facility affordable for all the guests, too.

This is a great hotel for the budget traveler. It is a very clean but old hotel. Have the right expectation as this is a mom and pop budget hotel and not a resort. Location is great for shopping at Ala Moana mall (nice food court), Don Quijote (Japanese dept. store), Walmart, Sams Club. We drove everywhere else. A big nice breakfast for $5 is the deal, any other place is $20+ for meal and coffee. Parking is fine as street meters are free 6pm - 7am and then $1.50/hr. Use the ParkSmarter app and you can feed your meter remotely.

This is a nice hotel with a super location, a few minutes walk to Waikiki and to many attractions. The room is a bit old but overall very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, always helpful. There are also nice extras, such as free Bishop museum (otherwise 25$), free beach towels and chairs, free breakfast. The breakfast is indeed very basic, as many others said, but it will do especially if you are on a budget.
Awesome location! Was able to put our name on the list for nice restaurants and just wait up in our room to get notified. Will definitely return. Laundry was also very affordable -- cheaper than the laundromat! ABC store at the ground floor has a full deli and fresh food.
