It was more than expected, I saw the pictures before booking and I wasnt 100% convinced to book, but it is so neat, spacious, you have everything you need for an excellent stay. You have snacks, water, coffee, tea, breakfast included, which it was delicious, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Easy to check-in and check-out. They kept for us our luggage after check-out. 7 minutes walking to the Pisa Tower. 15 minutes to the airport. Everything is close.

- Very tranquil location. No road noise at all. Just birds. - The pool was lovely. Temperature was a little chilli but would be absolutely fine if you stayed in summer months - small sauna which heated up quickly. - breakfast was excellent. We liked the combination of period building with contemporary apartment interior. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The central location was perfect and although it was busy outside the windows when closed effectively soundproofed the interior. Communicating with the people responsible for dealing with visitors was easy.
We are very much pleased by the availability and support of the host 24x7 in case of any needs and suggestions. Moreover, the place is also very clean and well arranged.The location is very near to Pisa tower ,which is accessible via taxi on cheap rates.The host also supported in booking taxis and helped us all through in local language translations as well.
The apartment was very clean and was easy to access on arrival. The beds were very comfortable .The location was ideal too. The communication with the company was excellent . Non intrusive, but available if we had any questions. We were given all the information we needed for arrival and departure.
Fantastic property, very clean and in good location for the airport, station and walking to the centre (c.15 mins). The owner was great to deal with and the brrakfast link up with Bar Livorno was really appreciated.
Ideal location close to the airport which suited us as we had an early morning flight. Only 10/15 walk from the B&B to the airport. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable and even though we left at 4.45am and didn't use the breakfast provided, it was very well laid out and plenty choice if you wanted to have breakfast there. The host provided all the information required for self check in well in advance and it was a very easy system.

The location- the hotel is surrounded by trees and is at short walk from the city center & the railway station. Good connectivity with Florence & Pisa. Clean room, bathrooms, and bedding. Friendly & helpful staff. Good wifi speed. Breakfast was fine. Value for money (last minute deal of the day for an economy double room) Funicolare (cable car) at a walking distance.
Excellent location! Despite being an "old style" (Victorian) hotel, the rooms are modern and very clean. The terrace is just gorgeous! Take a bottle of wine up there and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets. The breakfast is also very good. It doesn't have it's own parking, but there's a large public parking about two blocks away with some kind of deal with the hotel, affordable prices.
