The caring of the staff was exceptional, we really felt taken care of and that our needs are important to the staff. For example, our kid had his nap usually when the cleaning ladies were supposed to clean the room, so the receptionist sent them again after he woke up. The staff is very caring and nice. It made our stay much much better than normal.

Set in Port d'Alcudia, 2 km from Playa de Muro Beach and 3.9 km from Natural Park S'Albufera de Mallorca, Bonavida Apartments offers accommodation with access to a garden with a terrace. Perfect place to stay in Port d'Alcudia. Clean, friendly host, close to the beach :) I have already recommended to my friends!

מלון אינטורוטל קאלה אזמרלדה (Inturotel Cala Esmeralda) הוא מלון מודרני למבוגרים בלבד השוכן במיקום אידיאלי על חוף הים בקאלה ד'אור (Cala d’Or) של מיורקה (Majorca). The biggest plus here were the staff. They were fantastic, incredibly friendly and helpful. There were no airs and graces and spoke to you like a friend/family member rather than a customer, we loved that and you don't find it often enough in hotels. Everything else in the hotel was perfect, the food was actually really tasty (often find all inclusive can be a little bland) The rooms were comfortable and spotless and all the facilities were first class. We have already talked about doing back again
