Bel residence is a 15 minute stroll to Riva which is where all the tours I took started from, was able to save some money and enjoy walking through the town. I was out a lot but the staff were very friendly when I saw them. And they have these nice little sweets in the reception... The room was clean with a view of the pool and a terrace! I certainly didn't pay enough, I hope to come back again...

Great hotel always have nice surprise, so as we are frequently guests this time upreaded from Superior to Deluxe Sea View room. We really enjoyed coffe and drinks at balcony. Perfectly comfortable beds and linens. Begining of March is quite period, so not crowded hotel and planty of space in wellness.

They thougth about every single detail. We even had the radio in the room! Breakfast was great, with a lot of options. Staff was amazingly friendly and nice! We are coming back for sure. :)
