The Hotel is fantastic surrounded by nature and great views of the green mountains. I liked the terraces very refreshing. The staff is great. Ivan, the reception Manager, has a very proactive great attitude and customer focus. He personally was taking care of customers. Compared with other hotels this hotel is not crowded.

The staff were incredible. I accidently forgot my passport in the safe. They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

Hotel was very well located. We wanted to have some clothes sent to laundry and it arrived as promised. Hotel staff is very nice and willing to help. The day we left they prepared us a picnic to go breakfast because it was very early. Really nice detail. Loved staying there!

It is one of these experiences where all comes together perfectly well. Very nice contemporary relaxing design paired with very friendly and attentive staff. Add on that the charming city of San Sebastian. Very good value for money. Hotel has also Valet Parking. We are planning to return as soon as possible.
