It is literally exceptional. An interior design is breathtaking - looks even better in reality than on photos. Warm and welcoming with energising colours. Bed linens and towels are of the highest quality. The hotel is sparking clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Isa - the manager - responds to an every single question or request you may have - 11 out of 10 :). Breakfast was wonderful - I would love to have a bit more vegetarian selection next time I visit Maia Hotel. It is a truly 4-star hotel (in Spain some of the 4-star hotels do not deserve it I have to admit) with some history and a modern touch in the heart of beautiful Ciutadella. I strongly recommend it!

Beautiful little house with nice spacious rooms. Alvaro is incredibly helpful and the best guide for menorca. Highly recommend for a stay in ciutadella, it’s right in the centre.

Great location in the heart of Ciutadella. The hotel is very nice, tastefully decorated. The room was spacious with a big comfortable bed ad well as a very nice bathroom. It really felt like home. And the hosts are very helpful, they gave us really good advice on what to do.
