The place is lovely. It's in a huge apartment complex (condominium). When we stayed there, not many apartments had guests, so the pool was all ours. The pool was a bit cold, but quite big. The place has two rooms. The first is a bedroom with a bathroom attached. The second room is a living and bedroom, which can be split (by glass doors). The bedroom has a huge bed area (approx. 3.2 meters wide), which is ideal for families with young children. There is parking and a vending machine for instant noodles and cold drinks. I think, there is also a restaurant. We drove 5mins to a different restaurant to have dinner though.

The stay was magical. Whilst you are of course not in the Khao Yai national park, you are very close to nature with squirrels, birds, and even a guest appearance from a monkey is not unheard of. At the same time, you are within walking distance to the town center where there are street markets and lots of shops and restaurants. There is also a really cool themed restaurant on the river that is popular with the locals just a 2-minute walk away called 'Banmai Chaynam' which has loads of shabby-chic memorabilia and definitely worth a visit. The breakfast is great, but the best thing of all is how amazing the staff are, especially Eh who looked after us from the moment we arrived. There is written information about all the things you can do in Khao Yai and around the national park, but it's also nice to hear great advice from a person and I couldn't say enough nice things about this family run establishment. We are really grateful for such a wonderful and peaceful stay.

The atmosphere and accommodation are simple but comfortable and clean. The staff are very nice. We went there during Songkran, so fewer people were staying. Only breakfast is available. Also good for families with children. For lunch and dinner, you need to go to a restaurant nearby, which is also nice to visit.

Just a couple of kilometers up the road from Primo Piazza. Quite a few cafes & restaurants along the way toward Thanarat Road, the central hub that's about 15 km away on a straight & scenic route. The unit was spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped, with Netflix. Convenient security code system for key-less main door. Double beds in both rooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. Wonderfully quiet at night and the security guards were very helpful. It was a wonderful family getaway that was also handicapped-friendly for my elderly mother who's in a wheelchair. We felt completely at home. :) However, a point to note is that you should ideally have your own car.
