Our main goal was to just stay over one night, for our boat to Koh Tao. But what we didn't expect, was how nice the hotel was and the area. The river view was really relaxing, and it only takes less than 5 minutes by foot to the sea! Bunch of local and good restaurants nearby as well with a very affordable price. I became sick during my stay, the staff was so kind and accompanied me in the middle of the night to 7-11 to buy medicine. It was definitely a life saver, and I am forever grateful for that. If you're looking for a nice place to relax, with authentic Thai food and atmosphere, there isn't a better hotel than this

This homestay is in a very nice small fishing village with almost no tourists. Grea place to relax. The owner speaks very well English and is super friendly. We extended our stay because we felt very welcomed. If you are struggling to get a ferry ticket you should definitely ask him to help, he managed to book tickets for the next day even if it was all sold out online. The breakfast has very good homemade produce and is served on the deck with view directly onto the river. Loved it!

We stayed only for one night at the guesthouse but wished we stayed longer as we really liked the Chumphon area Awesome quiet little place, nicest people we’ve met on our trip in Thailand The room was nice clean and quiet Breakfast was not 5star but 10 star and best we’ve had in Thailand ever! Host went above and beyond to help us in any which way possible! Suggested to book ferry to Khok Samut in advance and suggest which ferry was the best as we travelled by our own car. There was yoga, roaming and playing on the land and in the little river, and educational activities like walking through the edible garden, a cooking class and yoga for kids.

The room is better than I expected compared to the price. The room is large and clean. The staff are lovely. And the most important thing is that the price is quite low. I recommend this place. [9/10]
