Fantastic stay at Guest House PLENO. Very clean with all facilities. Two single beds and a sofa bed was perfect for the three of us visiting for one night, although we wish we had stayed for more. Communication was excellent from Masako Bandai and a lovely touch adding my name to the guest house entrance to welcome us. A short 4-5 min walk from Naoshima port on the east side of the island. I would highly recommend Guest House Pleno. Thank You.. A++++++

A delightful, spacious and comfortable home which blended traditional, contemporary and quirky elements, nicely complementing the artwork around Naoshima. The owner was helpful and responsive. BATONWORKS Naoshima is situated in Naoshima, 700 metres from Sumiyoshi-taisha Temple, less than 1 km from Naoshima Pavillion, as well as 1.7 km from Gokaisho Art House Project. Rumiko has a lovely place in Naoshima. Its very clean, and the facilities are all excellent. Electric bikes available to guests for the length of stay. Rumiko picked us up and dropped us back to the Port too. Close to everything in Miyanoura port - restaurants, coffee shops and the 7-Eleven. Thankyou for an excellent time on Naoshima - We will be back!

Offering quiet street views and free WiFi, Kamome Jyuku offers accommodation ideally set in Takamatsu, within a short distance of Kitahamaebisu Shrine, Liminal Air-core Takamatsu and Sunport Fountain.... The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location was amazing; we enjoyed being near local shops. The accommodations were great, with a beautiful layout and design.

Onyado Shikishima-kan offers a sauna and free private parking, and is within 40 km of Liminal Air-core Takamatsu and 40 km of Sunport Fountain. The food was amazing, quality and quantity. It seemed like the longer we stayed, the more we were treated. The private onsen rooms were fabulous, too. We went several times each day!

TSUMUYA features a balcony and is set in Naoshima, within just 1.5 km of Ando Museum and 1.5 km of Gokuraku-ji Temple. Facility and hosts were excellent. We wished we’d stayed longer.

Featuring quiet street views, Sparky’s House offers accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a shared lounge, around 200 metres from Naoshima Christ Church. Lovely place in Naoshima. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is very good! They rent bicycles for the day which is a plus. Highly recommend!

Located in Kasuga, 26 km from Takamatsu, Asan Kotonami features a terrace and views of the mountain. The ryokan has a hot spring bath and sauna, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Great rooms in a peaceful setting. Dinner and breakfast superb. Staff lovely. Wine was a very reasonable cost
