The rooms were extremely tidy and well maintained. All necessities are aptly fulfilled. The owner of this place(Anthony) is a very helpful and gem of a person. Excellent stay altogether. Rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was nice.

What a magnificent old and well maintained house in a quite spot in Goa, with a short walk to the beach. What stood out though where the people working there, who were beyond friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and easily the best one around. The villa was spacious, well equipped and right in the middle of an amazing mini forest. The breakfast option was generous and delicious, so much that we had to cut back on the amount of food we ordered in the morning. Lastly, the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to meet all of our needs, concerns and always ready to help. It made a big difference.
