As a solo female traveler I felt very safe in this secure and gated property, and will most definitely be staying here again when I return to Manaus. We loved everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. The facilities were fantastic, we spent so much time in the pools on deck and just enjoying the view. The tours were all very well organised and the guides were great. They were very knowledgeable, spoke multiple languages and took the time to explain everything and answer all the questions. The food (and cocktails) were incredible, not just the main breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets in the dining room but also the smaller buffets served up on deck in between. The wifi which they only just got worked perfectly the whole time which was great as I had to work a little bit. We loved our room and our balcony and spent a lot of time out there as there were no mosquitos at all! There was also a nurse which was lucky for me because I actually got sick on one of the days but she treated me right away. So if you're looking to enjoy a bit of luxury while exploring the Amazon, this is definitely the right choice.
