This was home away from home in a very quiet community not too far from the airport. I do not know about public transportation because we had a car. The owners were very pleasant and made me KNOW that my comfort was important to them. A very affordable, comfortable, furnished, air-conditioned apartment that is SMOKE FREE. The kitchen especially was super cute. You cannot go wrong and will definitely stay here again! I flew into Trinidad last minute and booked as I landed.
