The whole family is very welcoming and my stay there felt like stepping into the daily life of a rwandan family. I was invited eating with them their familydinner, where I got to know the traditional dishes (delicious btw) and to have a talk about living in Rwanda. Norbert works in tourism for that was very convenient as Norbert helped me organise my gorilla trekking at an affordable price and I also did an authentic hiking tour with Norbert as my tour guide, where I learned a lot about the country. The room was simple equipped with mosquitonet, there was a theoretically shared bathroom, but since I was the only guest it was private for me, sometimes no running water but always enough watercanisters to handle that. If you want to have an authentic experience at an affordable price this is definitely the place to go with!

I was planning to stay one or two nights at Volcano View but ended up staying 5 nights. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy in a nice house in a residential area. The neighborhood is quiet but yet not so far away from the city center (just a short walk). Isaac and his team have been wonderful hosts. They helped me plan my visits to the Volcanoes National Park and easily arranged transport for the four days I spent there. Everyday my breakfast was on the table at 6am and by 6h30 my lift was ready to take me to the park. I highly recommand this B&B!

The the place was really close to the city so everything was easily assessable. The staff were really helpful to arrange transportation to volcano national park and back as well arranged for us rides to go back home. Would love to give a shout out to Peter and Peace who helped us a lot and made everything easier for us when we stayed there. 100% recommend to stay at this place.

Especially at a town where it can be rainy it is important for me to have a hostel where I could hang around the whole day. And this is basically what I did at Masha's. All the people working there are so nice, the gallery is really interesting at it's just a really relaxed vibe. Big thanks to Masha - the best game partner i met on my whole travel ;) hopefully see you soon!

Thank you Francis Family for the wonderful hospitality you showed me during my visit to Musanze. Your place was very clean, everyone friendly and accommodating, very well located, near downtown but not so close as to be bothered by noise pollution. Your guidance on which places to visit made my trip cause I got to see and experience places like Buhanga, Twin Lakes, Bisoke and Hirwa Gorilla Family all with your assistance one way or another. Staff is really nice and helpful. We really loved this place, it makes you feel like you are on a different planet with all the plants around. We stayed in one of the tree houses and it was magical. At night the staff lighted a bonfire and we had dinner near the fire. Amazing food for Breakfast (different than the usual options) and dinner was really good too, with good prices and quality.

L accueil est chaleureuse, l ambiance est calme et agréable. Au coin du feu le soir, c était parfait! Le jardin est magnifique, le menu proposé chaque jour également. Je n ajouterais rien de plus car nous avons été comblés. À 30min du centre des visiteurs du parc des volcans et le personnel de l hôtel vous aide pour réussir à accomplir ce pourquoi nous sommes venus en pensant même à nous préparer un lunch à emporter pour notre journée de visite dans le parc.
