When we had a chat with Mel we got to know that Mel has been spending time renovating the house, she had done a great job. The home looks phenomenal, it is unique and has a very warm vibe. We were in Timaru for a graduation but My husband and I wanted to make the most of the last week of the school holidays with our girls and little baby so we travelled a day before the event. We had planned a fun filled day at Caroline Bay park and at the Botanic Gardens for the Saturday. However, upon arriving at Seaview Sefton, our girls had other ideas and wanted to stay and explore and play in the front and back yard (also talking to the gold fishes in the pond) which was a huge surprise as we arrived late at night and didn’t see these till the morning. The house was so warm and beautiful we (adults) also didn’t want to go anywhere come Saturday morning we just wanted to relax at the property 😂
