They were so helpful and went out of their way to help me and my mom when we had a personal emergency during our stay. The hotel is very pretty. Is inside the Medina so request info for arrival to the Riad before and if you don't request the hotel pick up service. The staff Jamal and Zachary were very attentive and helpful in every way. The food was good and the rooms were comfortable. Overall we have a very great time!
