And within a very short period of time we felt like family. After a lovely dinner, our host invited us for tea and shared information about Jordanian culture and life in Kerak. The conversation was great and the evening whizzed by. Our visit was one of the highlights of our trip and an unexpected gem. There is nothing fancy about the space, but it is full of heart. We had all we needed, a clean comfortable place close to the castle. And the kindness and connection were so much more than we expected.

Very spacious and clean apartament, well equipped and wifi was available. Tea, coffe and even some snacks were prepered for the guests. Big and comfortable bed. There is a parking place in front of the house. Serveral shops and restaurants nearby. It's 2.5km to the castle. You can go by foot but there is a part (~500m) without a sidewalk for pedestrians and you have to be prepare to quite steep climbs. Good instructions from the host how to collect the keys, he was available on WhatsApp for any questions.
