Communication with the owner was wonderful. Even they were not present at the reception at the time of our arrival, we received detailed instruction how to get to the room keys. Every our question was answered almost immediately. Location is great, walking distance to subway station and big shopping mall. The flat was perfect for our stay in Prague. Really close to the Old Town Square, you can walk anywhere from it. The restaurant downstairs serves amazing breakfast options at a good price. The staff was helpful and friendly. Both the bed and sofa were very comfortable and the kitchen had a ton of commodities, including coffee and different teas.

My stay at Vincanto rooms was simply superb! Simone and Aldo were quickly available on text and accommodated an early check in for my sisters and I. The room was amazing and exceeded all my expectations. Aldo even provided a hand-drawn map of the sites to see in Prague and things to do. Being located 10 mins from the Florenc bus station, this location was such a treat - I will definitely be back. Huge thanks to Simone and Aldo for hosting us :)

This place was a quick find after having to change travel plans however it was really great. It’s more like an apartment in a building than a hotel, it’s so clean and comfortable. Location is right next to the station which was handy for me. The staff at reception were very helpful.
