This place is tucked away in the multitude of doors peppering the famed zig zig line of Innsbrucks colorful. Easy to find, reach and access ( there is a life), the building has a total of 6 apartments, 3 facing the Inn, and the rest with a view of the Nordkette Alps. I stayed in the latter on the top floor - it was peaceful and quiet. Check in and out was a breeze, there is also an elevator in the building. The room itself is a delight - everything’s been thought through to ensure a home-like stay. The noise isolation is excellent - the only sound from-the outside were the birds and the hourly church bells, when you left the windows open. There is a long balcony that overlooks the Nordkette - beautiful view. The kitchen’s stocked with cutlery,pots, pans, bowls and even a french press with coffee from a locally famous roastery. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the folks here had thought everything through. Katrin was always prompt in communicating and my requests ( cleaning schedule, invoices) and queries were responded to promptly and thoroughly. I will be back here whenever I visit IBK - recommended for long or short stays.

The living room is very large for two people! There are enough spaces even we opened both our 29-inch suitcases on the floor. 3. I forgot the ski jacket behind the door after check-out. When I realized that, I had driven two hours away. It would ruin the day if I needed to drive back to Lans.
