Mälardrottningen Yacht Hotel provides a unique experience aboard an elegant 73-metre yacht, permanently docked at Riddarholmen Island, next to Stockholm’s charming Old Town. It was unique and had a great atmosphere. It was close to everything without being in the middle of everything. The staff was warm friendly and very helpful.

Located on Söder Mälarstrand, this boat offers a great variety of accommodation types. Gustaf af Klint also features free WiFi and an outside seating area. The location and experience of staying in a Boat hotel was great, and I was never at a lack for amenities.

He took his time to show us the whole boat, including the engine, and advised on how to best experience being in the port. We stayed in the cabin of 5, in the lower deck, and to be aware there is not much daylight nor fresh air in that room, but that's the way the marins used to sleep so that's the beauty of it. Good for one night as a unique experience. The whole boat is well taken care of and clean. Highly recommended! :)
