This property is off the main road so even as a single woman walking back at night from the temple I always feel safe. There is also someone there to chase any monkeys away. Tej Prakash is very helpful. If there is anything needed, they are immediately accommodating. I feel comfortable even with doors open. I don’t feel like anyone is stealing or cheating. Such good people!

Situated in Agra, 2.2 km from Taj Mahal, Max Guest House features a terrace and views of the garden. Free WiFi is available. Fantastic stay! Max is very helpful and really makes the stay special. Also recommend using his taxi service because it’s cheap and reliable.

Centrally located just a 10-minute drive to Varanasi Junction Railway Station and the city centre, Azure Family Paying Guest House offers free Wi-Fi access at all areas and houses a restaurant. The property is nice and cosy. Sona (the host) is very helpful. Good location to catch up with life of the city. I liked everything.

An added bonus is the warm owner Kanchan auntieji who made us feel at home - we enjoyed the conversations with her and amazing breakfast prepared every morning; she even ensured we had some of her famous kachori to take on our early morning flight out.
