It's very quiet and peaceful (certainly compared to the hustle and bustle of Medellin). It's a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurant in Santa Elena, but that was fine by me. If you want a perfect place to decompress and just relax for a few days, this is definitely it. Carlos was very kind and accommodating, and Juan was very helpful and considerate, as well.

The hostel owner was such a warm, welcoming, lovely man, the place was very clean, and the location was great close to the metro station, in a calm neighborhood but with everything you need still close by. There was all-round a very positive vibe in the hostel - social without being overwhelming.
