The place is great, we stayed here for 6 nights and it is really very cool. There is a metro nearby but we liked this huge green area the most in Dubai, lots of flowers and birds, there is also a small shopping center nearby. There is a pool quite large and clean a few steps away from the villa. The villa is rented out with 2 separate bedrooms from which there is access to the common area on the second floor, the rest of the villa is only used by the owners. The breakfasts were great, very tasty. Inside was clean, very soft bed and nice linens.

It is hidden gem - a very private, almost secretive place, yet in the very centre of a buzzing Souq. Three, different rooms, two of which overlook the creek. It is not the quietest place up to a certain hour at night (ear plugs helped), but you experience views like anywhere else - fishing boats of all kinds, Abra boats and more (ultimate Dubai Creek experience, which I aimed for). Just round the corner to famous spots, like the the Iranian mosques, across the river (1Dhm) to the Gold Souq. Mr Alvin is an absolute star, who is just the right person in the right place. (and he manages well with difficult customers like myself). Mazmi Cafe offering breakfast is also a gem - loved my Bendict eggs so much I had it twice. Beautiful exteriors that you can recreate at home buying in a shop round the corner.
