Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. This is a beautiful and tranquil ryokan that has a calming atmosphere. It backs to the river and our room overlooked it. There is also shared eating spaces adjacent to the river. It is extremely clean, has a shared cooking area with mostly everything you need to make your own meals. The onsen was incredibly relaxing and spa-like. There are also laundry facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is just a short 8 minute walk from the train/bus station. Our family of 5 (kids ages 7-13) absolutely loved it and would definitely return to stay here!! And the price for a ryokan/onsen is unbeatable. Plus, with the Jogasaki coast, Mt Omuro, Zoo and waterfalls, there is plenty to do on the peninsula and it’s easy to get around.

Everything was great! 4 adults and 4 kids stayed there perfectly. Apartment was clean, had plenty of towels, disposable toothbrushes and body washing sponges. The manager was super nice, and the location was very convenient. We didn’t have a car, but everything was so close, so we didn’t need it anyways. We had amazing view of spectacular fireworks at the roof top!! I can keep going for many more positive experiences. We will be back!

Situated in Atami in the Shizuoka region with Atami Sun Beach nearby, 熱海温泉 実の別荘 features accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot spring bath. Very nice staff, helpful and always there for useful information. And the owner lady offered car drop off to the nearby train station after we checked out.

Breakfast was exceptional, the onsen were clean, comfortable and very worth getting on in your room. The staff made you feel like royalty and the tea room on the 8th floor is well worth a visit. Luxurious bathroom too. The Resturant was expensive - but well worth the experience and was yummy

Highly highly recommend this spot to anyone wanting a fun getaway in a not so busy part of Japan, really makes it all worth it!

Facing the seafront, Izu Hokkawa Seaside Guesthouse 伊豆北川の家 is a ryokan providing a 2-star accommodation in Higashiizu. It features a private beach area, garden and private parking. Easy to find and in a very nice location. Hosts are very kind and helpful!! They went above and beyond to help out, even giving us a ride to the station when it was raining.

Villa Yumigahama er með sjávarútsýni og býður upp á gistingu með svölum, í um 90 metra fjarlægð frá Yumigahama-ströndinni. Gististaðurinn er með aðgang að verönd og ókeypis einkabílastæði. The owner Jun was extremely helpful and provided great information which made our stay memorable. He has recommendation on where to buy food for cooking, great attractions, and good restaurants. We were given the choice of a Seaview room which exceeded our expectations. The whole family was welcoming, including their cat!
