Love the cleanliness and coziness of the room. Plus, we were late and worried about not being able to check in but the keys are left outside of the reception area and checking-in and -out was a breeze, just had to drop the keys back in a container from the same area.

Stuart was so kind and very helpful. He had a lovely home and was so helpful to us even when we had issues with our car and he did not have to help. A gentleman. The room was so homely and he has fabulous artwork in his home. He made us feel at home and was so friendly with a warm smile.

Everything is perfect! Birds sing in the background and we met kangaroo in the morning. We took a lot of pictures of the starry sky on the big lawn. We enjoyed the staying and I wish we had more time to stay there.

Set in Port Fairy, Pelican Waters Holiday Park provides accommodations with free WiFi, a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a kitchen. Free private parking is available on site. We were upgraded fromy original Train Carriage booking to a mobility friendly cabin. The park is right beside the Moyne river and the environment is very quiet. Port Fairy is a great little town, and I would most certainly stay at the Pelican Waters again in future. The hosts were most accomodating for us.

Castaways Apollo Bay is located in Skenes Creek, 19 mi from Lorne and 3.1 mi from Apollo Bay. Free private parking is available on site. Beautiful location on a hill looking over the ocean. Excellent view of sunrises and awesome night views of the Milky Way. Accommodations were great and had all of the amenities we needed. The hammock and swing chairs are a great touch to a relaxing time on the porch. The host owner really takes care of you and although they live on the property, you receive all the privacy you need. The owner provides a nice welcome basket which was really appreciated.

Located in tranquil garden surrounds in Port Fairy, Cherry Plum Cottages offers free off-street parking. Each room has a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Our hostess was wonderful! She met us on arrival, showed us around, left us a loaf of fresh bread, jams, milk and chocolate, and gave us recommendations for restaurants and amenities in the area! We loved the cottage! So cozy, comfortable, well set up, and welcoming! The location was great! Restaurants and amenities within short driving distance and the garden and farm animals really made the area lovely! I could easily live here!
