Located in a beautiful peaceful quiet garden, with other studio flats, birds and butterflies abound. There is a view of the sea from the balcony and The Diamond rock to the west can be seen on clear days. The studio was small but had everything I needed. There is a bar and restaurant very nearby and the walk to Ste. Anne takes 15 minutes. The lovely walk to the the beach of Les Salines goes right past the flats. Parking is easy. Above all, the friendly and responsive concierge who gave quick and informative answers via whatsapp and booking, was a great help to find the studio and settle in. She even came to the flat to the flat to welcome me. She provided a bottle of rum punch as a welcome gift, thank you so much Magalie 😚

Stunning view from the balcony, where you can sit all day long under the ceiling fan and enjoy the riches of the island. Very welcoming hosts and there is everything you need for your stay located in the apartment.

The house is located at nice, clean,safty and calm settlement. 3 minutes from beautiful beach and 5 minuts from Marin town. The house is very nice and clean.Beds are comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom equipment is in good condition. The house Has a big terrace and one parking place. Contact with La Villa Noemie host was very nice and profesional. I recommend that place with clear consciense.

Everything was perfect. There is not much else to say if not perfection. Proximity to the beach, a lot of space to enjoy and a swimming pool to relax in evening. What else to ask for?

Accomodation is very conveniently placed, close to the beach, with a nice surroundings, equipped with everything what we needed. The host is always willing to help, responsive giving us all the information needed.. Thank you, Corinne!!!

The house was very well equipped and the interior was nicely done. There was airco in the bedroom and a fan in the living space. The shower had good pressure. The location is off the beaten path in a rural area on a spacious plot of land among the locals. We loved waking up to the rooster and chicken sounds. It is very close to Anse Michele a beautiful beach and a supermarket at walking distance. The quaint town of St. Anne is only a 15 minute drive. Lots to explore from here. A rental car is a must for this location. There is a jacuzzi for those who like this. Also it is a French speaking country If you speak a little French or fluent that is a big bonus.
