We had the king bed room with terrace, it was spacious and comfortable. The lady at reception was incredible, very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for sights and food, even booked us a taxi to the airport for the next morning. The location is perfect for visiting old town and the beach.

super friendly staff- Laura was the very best; accommodating, warm, kind. the room was light, clean and larger than expected. bathroom comfortable. complimentary tea and coffee area outside the room with small sweet cakes.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. First, they let us check in very early. Second, they called a cab for us when we needed to schedule one for our return to the airport. The room was very comfortable, ideally located to the history area, and just fabulous overall. If we ever return to San Sebastián, this is where we will stay.

The location is just perfect at the heart of San Sebastian and a few steps away from the Concha beach. The staff was really nice and even informed us when our apartment would be cleaned so that we were aware. The apartment was well kept and with modern appliances.
