My room was spacious. It looked exactly like in the pictures. It was clean, which is very important for me. The staff is very polite and helpful. Some people wrote it's on a high ground so u need a car! I don't know honestly what people do in Trabzon if they don't have a car. All the nice places are at least an hour away in the mountains. So u need anyway a car. U can't get around without a car. I wouldn't rely on taxis. They'll rip u off. The important thing they have a parking lot in this hotel. My advice, no matter where u book, don't book in the center. Driving there is a nightmare.

Mr luqman was, very helpful and provides everything you need. Wifi was strong and all kitchen appliances are available. This property is a value of money. The property make a deep clean every 5 days. Many thanks for Mr luqman for his kind hospitality and welcoming we felt like as we are at home. All markets are near by so I strongly recommend all to choose this property.

This is the nicest apart-hotel we have ever stayed in. Immaculately clean and well equipped. It looked brand new! The views are beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us and they have good English which was helpful as our Turkish is terrible! Highly recommended the breakfast, it's so tasty and generous.
