For us the location was perfect, as you need a car to fully explore the island and myLithos is well located, also 2 minutes away from a public beach and two tavernas where you can have great local food. The room was really nice and spatious, well designed and the cleaning service excelent. The breakfast was above our expectations and the hosts very friendly! Even the pool area was very good and the pool is cleaned each night with arobot :) Overall, we felt like home, nothing was missing! If you are looking for a good place to stay and explore Santorini, this is it, don't look further! :)

We chose to stay at the studio kocis on our last day in Santorini since we had an early flight in the morning and it was close to the airport. The hotel was nice, cool, and clean. The beds were so comfy and the shower was the best! Our host was very friendly, helped us get food delivered and gave us a ride to the airport in the morning.if we stayed longer it would have been nice to rent a motorcycle or car to explore the area more. The facilities in the room were great. Had a nice fridge, coffe/tea station and beautiful bathroom. This family owned villa has so much potential!

perfect!!! One of the most beautiful places and the most suitable for the character of our family, it has everything here! A kitchen with everything you need, a large refrigerator in which the owner of the apartment left wine, a master bedroom with a double bed, 2 more beds for children, from each bed you can see the view of the sea and the sunrise in the morning, the owner of the apartment responds quickly and answers any question, literally a minute away from two beaches and one public and the other one where you can isolate yourself, there is a bus stop to Fira. We will definitely come again!! And most importantly, at a km distance from a kite surfing spot

Very clean and helpful staff. What you see on the pictures is what you get. Incredible stay. There's a market a few min walk where you can get anything you need. They helped us rent a car for a few days, good price.

The place was maintained very well. Beautiful garden. Views of the sea. Helen came to greet us on arrival and made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. The mattress, pillows and linen are very high quality. Located close to a quiet beach.
