Everything, first the location was great we walked everywhere from here. A big mall across the street , groceries , cafes , nice neighborhood. The building was easy to find and very safe . The host Augustin was extremely nice always available and helpful it was great ! The apartment was very spacious We had 2 bathrooms and bedrooms a lot of space to relax . The place was very clean and well equipped. Laundry services downstairs was a plus for us . The beds were very comfortable and the smart TV was great ! We loved the place .

The apartment, is comfortable and functional, everything is in perfect condition. We were very comfortable. In addition, the proximity to restaurants and stores added a touch of convenience to our trip. Ignacio and Micaela were always available and helpful, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Location was excellent. Safe upmarket area. Beds were comfortable, Double glazing cut out nearly all road noise and meant air conditioner spent more time off than on. Easy to get anywhere. Desk had a couple of people that spoke rudimentary English since we had to use a translator on google to communicate elsewhere. Lots of places to eat close by. We actually walked to local shopping centres (biggest mall in BA)

The rooms are cozy and spacious! We liked the mattresses and pillows, which are absolutely comfortable. The apartments offer exceptional cleanliness, no single hair or stain was spotted. The kitchenette is well equipped with everything you might need for a decent dinner. The staff is nice and kind, check in and check out processes went smoothly. The neighbourhood is very quiet yet entertaining. There's a grocery shop around the corner, a lot of coffeeshops and restaurants. There's also a public parking lot in a few steps from the building, which is absolutely affordable. I highly recommend this place - this is one of the best value for money ratio that you may find around.
