The staff in this hotel are very welcoming and hospitable. The receptionist was an amazing guy. I checked in early and he was very accommodating for me and my family. There is a free underground parking inside the hotel which is safe and super nice. The location is nice and close to many supermarkets and restaurants. Also very close to other shopping malls. The size of our suite was very nice and it was well furnished. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as a family in this place. Everything is really good. I just wish if they had a washing machine in their units that would have made it perfect. Just a suggestion for improvement. Some updates to the appliances would be great as well.

Situated in Makkah, 500 metres from Masjid Al Haram, Address Jabal Omar Makkah features accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. Have travelled Makkah almost 25 times and stayed in multiple properties but with conviction address is the best . There Hospitality blew us. The mosque on the bridge made us speechless. Very well trained and curtious team. I give 11 out of 10

It's amazing....very professionally managed. Staff was very helpful and property, family just loved. It give the feeling of being on the holiday and rich :-)....kids jist loved the pool....the main pool though look small but surprisingly good size abd depth for swimming....
