Everything. I would especially like to commend David, the receptionist, who went out of his way to help me out. He spent nearly half an hour with me on the phone to resolve my issue. He also put in a request for a late check-out time, i.e. 1 p.m. 😀. He frankly deserves a 5-star rating. Jack, the receptionist, was also polite, cooperative and helpful.

Beautiful apartments, very comfortable and surprisingly quiet given the city centre location. bedding and towels felt really plush and comfortable plus added extras like tea and coffee were great.

One of the best apartment rental experiences I ever had! The apartment was clean. The location was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Check-in was easy and friendly. There's a washing machine but I didn't use it. The terrace offered views of Western Liverpool. There was an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. The kitchen was suitable for breakfast; it may have been slightly inadequate for a large dinner but that was never my intention. Hope to stay here every time I visit Liverpool!
