1) We liked the location since it was only a 3 minute from the metro station line 13 Marie de Clichy 2) We liked the fact that there are two supermarkets a minute walk away from the hotel. 3) Staff members were very warm and kind especially the Manager Mr. Issam who is very competent. We were able to leave our luggage at their storage room on the last day for a few hours and he helped us with it. Mr. Jarko was also very kind in assisting us in booking a taxi on our way out. The cleaning staff, a gentleman was also very kind. 4) The hotel is located in a very safe residential area. 5) The hotel is very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed. We had 2 beds for the 3 of us. 6) At least hand soap, bath/shower gel was provided. Bath towels were clean.

5 stars to Zoku. I really love the design of the rooms and the 8th floor spaces. I don't think I've stayed in an hotel/ aparthotel that is this futuristic, yet warm and homely. The spaces are well utilised, with simple but tasteful design concepts. The staff are friendly and nice. Very accommodating and always happy to help. I really enjoyed the food, too. The breakfast, dinner and drinks were all very good. All made with sustainability in mind. Hope to visit again soon!
