One of two beachside huts set just off the beach amongst the palm trees. The place is perfectly tranquil, with well manicured gardens and a fantastic view of the beach, whether you’re on your hut porch, in the pool or sunbathing on the lawn. We had an incredible stay here (5 nights). Linda, our host, really looked after us our entire stay, helping with airport transfers and recommendations for our stay - we felt very at home. Service from the staff was great, especially Dito, who even climbed one of the palms to fetch us a fresh coconut! The end hut was clean, tidy and spacious with cooking facilities. Would recommend Baobab for meals and drinks a short 10min walk away on the beach. And Odyssea Dive for amazing dive trips.

The accommodation is literally on the best beach I have ever been at. Dalton a manager felt like a brother and enabled anything we needed during our stay effortlessly. Beat accommodation and staff ever!

Το New Giraffe House βρίσκεται σε Vilanculos και είναι ένα κατάλυμα με θέα στον κήπο. Προσφέρει εστιατόριο, φύλαξη παιδιών, μπαρ, κήπο, εξωτερική πισίνα που λειτουργεί όλο τον χρόνο και βεράντα. Excellent. Clean rooms, very kind staff, fantastic breakfast, delicious restaurant for dinner and perfect location (direct door to the beach and sea views all time), swimming pool and shower for take out the sand. They can also help with tourism recommendations (boat trips to islands, etc.). Very recommended. They made us feel like home.

Upon arrival at the airport there was someone waiting for us to bring to the villa. Although there had just been a cyclone (and the property was also hit by this violence of nature) we were compensated above expectations. Great management of the Bahia Mar family and people that will stay in the apartment I would definitely recommend multiple massages at the SPA (they are the best!)

Το Baobab Beach Resort & Backpackers προσφέρει διαμονή στο Vilanculos, σε απόσταση 300μ. από το σούπερ μάρκετ Yussuf Aisha. The hotel is located directly at the beach front. Located directly next to the best local diving/snorkeling center and just 10 min away from the best kite surf center (vilancool) on the beach. You can reach the local market by foot in ~10 min. I even walked to the bus station by foot in the morning. Vilanculos is very secure, you don't need to take a taxi except if you don't want to walk anymore. ;-) In the restaurant you can select from a wide range of very delicious food. I ate couple of times here and always got a good portion of very tasty food - good value for money. The staff and especially Rebecca were so friendly! Definitely the best hotel I stayed in Mozambique.
