Welcome to a quiet and calm area next to the River Pagua. Hibiscus Valley Inn is close to the North Rainforest Reserve, Kalinago Territory, Watikubull National Trail segment 6 and 7, and also between... A really pleasant stay in the countryside. The bungalows are very tasteful and blend in with nature. Trips are arranged to all major tourist places in Dominica. The atmosphere is family-like and one can get help with a lot of things. It is possible to walk to the village to have dinner at the very(!) local place Ma Raffo's Cuisine. (Say hi from Tom.) Swim in the river across the road or ride down it on tubes. The weather in Dominica is very different in different places. This is a good spot. A few very short rains most every day. Easy to take the bus since it is on the main road between the airport and the capital. Breakfast and dinner are served every day. Lunch can be booked.

Serenity Lodges Dominica is a 10 minutes’ drive from Melville Hall Airport, next to the rainforest reserve. It offers hiking tours and snorkelling trips. Very remote and peaceful location, in the true, lush, splendour of the moutains. I was only there for a short time but I would love to return, it would be an amazing place for a retreat. Carina was sooo pleasant and helpful, our room was very tidy and neatly appointed, very comfortable. Also appreciated the delicious dinner (served by the most adorable young waitress ever :-) ) and arranging of taxi rides.

Charly's place offers accommodation in Calibishie. The property is located in a quiet residential area just 2 driving minutes from the village center, and 41 km from Terre-de-Haut. the location was amazing and the balcony was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the stunning view. Susan and Wendy were super helpful.

Located in Calibishie, Sea Cliff Eco-Cottages & Gin Distillery offers a garden and barbecue. Portsmouth is 18 km. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Visited from Paris, as a family of 4. We had a great stay at Sea Cliff Cottages (we stayed in the villa). Roanne (the place’s manager) and team are kind and delightful people. Very keen and responsive communication on any matters. Patrick was very helpful with everything, it was good to have him around and always showing up with delicious local treats 🥭 🥑 🥥 to enjoy. The place is absolutely gorgeous!!! Beautiful interior, refined, attention to detail, beautiful view on the nature. Very calm and relaxing environment. We really felt at peace and really felt at home. Good energy and good vibes. Gorgeous trails in the surrounding area (Red Rock, Chaudière Pool, Syndicate Nature Trail…) Great place for short gateway or a longer stay. We stayed 1 week and enjoyed every piece of it. Would definitely come back.
