My flight was canceled and the staff did everything they could to lessen the blow! They escorted me by shuttle to and from the airport to solve my dilemma...a great relief.

The shuttle was easy to get to and from the hotel which made our stay super convenient. The room itself was large, with a comfy bed and excellent bathroom. There were also restaurants available downstairs for dinner (which took card) so we didn’t even have to leave the building!

We checked in at 10, earlier than standard time, and had breakfast. You can wash and dry your clothes for free, and there is a gym. Overall 5 out of 5.
