I was suffering from a kidney stone and wanted painkillers before my long haul flight - so Leo from the concierge team accompanied me and my partner to the local hospital emergency room. He was joined by the off-duty chief concierge, Johnny, who wanted to make sure everything went smoothly, and who then accompanied us to the airport to let the airline staff know my situation. And this is all happening late at night! Really appreciated the care and compassion. Buffet breakfast was also great!

Crowne Plaza Beijing International Airport offers rooms with 37-inch flat-screen TVs, 6.7 km from Beijing Capital International Airport. Free scheduled airport shuttle bus is provided. My flight arrived in the middle of the night, and I had booked a commuter shuttle service with the hotel in advance. The hotel staffs were very attentive and kept in touch with me after I got off the plane to avoid any wrong turns. Every member of the hotel staff was very welcoming, and the room was well equipped, had fast internet and was odour free. It was a great stay and I would choose Crowne Plaza again for my next trip.
