The staff was lovely and level of service was impeccable. The beach and pool were both wonderful and well maintained but I have to say the staff is what sets this place apart from the rest. They were warm, kind, courteous and made us feel so special throughout our stay. Salicia, Cadeija and the helpful front desk staff took great care of our every need from booking restaurant reservations last minute to transportation to and from our excursions and airport. I cannot thank them enough for such a beautiful and relaxing time. We will definitely be back for another memorable stay.
